申請了consular processing. 現在又有問題：

1. consular processing肯定得幾個月時間吧？ 有了 這個I-140 approval, 我還能去Port of entry 給家裏人拿H-4嗎？
-Yes, it is irrelevant to H1/H4.

我現在是H1-b， 住在加拿大，想現在就搬家（免得兒子中間換學校）。H類都是非移民的， 現在我已經申請要移民了，會不會不給H-4呢？
-No problem at all.

2. 我的h-1b明年一月到期。 現在還是申請extension嗎？
-You had better get it extended until you get the GC because you use consular processing and thus, you can not have EAD.
