Yes.
If you have accrued PTO (paid time off) vacation on your job, you can use it to cover for the gap in EAD - in other words, it won't be a complete loss of pay. If you don't have enough PTO, you will lose your pay for that period.
But make sure you discuss your options with your employer. Get a letter from them if possible, stating that they haven't paid you any salary during the EAD gap. You may need it in future if USCIS issues any RFE about it.
