second question js My wife and son got I-94. But my son's I-94 was tedto USCIS for F-1 application.
-It seems they will be fine after your re-instate your f1 status.

But today my son's F-1 application got denide. DO the USCIS will return y son's I-94?
-Do you keep the I-94 copy? After your kid's F2 reinstate, file the F1 again.

IF NOT how acn can get it back?
-If you have the photocopy, that will be fine. You do not need the original I-94 at this point. If you need it later, you can file G-884 to request USCIS to return your original filing documents.
