問個EAD EFILE的問題

準備EAD efile了.原來的卡10月就到期了. 怕來不及.看到uscis的網頁上有這麽一段話
Helpful Hint

DO NOT E-FILE if you have a pending I-485, Application to Register Permanent
Residence Status or Adjust Status, currently at an USCIS office and you are
eligible to file the I-765 for advance parole for no additional fee.
是啥意思啊,是不是485 PENDING,就不可以efile啊,謝謝
