回複：H1B免稅問題

借這裏的人氣問一下，現在H1B簽證的免稅政策到底是怎麽樣的啊？為什麽有的人告訴我是頭三年免稅；有的人說不免稅。
-If you had never been US and got the H1 visa in China annd directly came to US, you are qualified for 頭三年免稅. But if you entered US with another kind of visa (e.g. F1) and then, changed your status (e.g. from F1) to H1, you are not qualified for the 頭三年免稅

-This rule only applys to the Federal Tax, not state tax related.

我在Texas，最近要換H1B，準備和HR談工資的事情，想了解清楚。
-If seems you did not enter US with h1 recently, and if so, you are not qualified for the 頭三年免稅.
