Help on this question: Internal transfer and I-140

I-140 approved in 2008. My PD is 01/2008. Seeing there are still a couple of years for me to file 485, I want to transfer from CA to my employer's division in Texas. Job function is 60 - 70% same. Do I have to refile Labor Certificate ?
