My wife has a green card, I am holding a H1b visa. I just noticed that green card's spouse application for GC advances to March, 2009. I am wondering if my wife can apply the green card for me. A friend said that I have to wait until my wife becomes a citizen because I am already in US and holding a H1b visa. Is that true? Thanks a lot!
