IF I file an EB1A cocurrently with I-485, can I relink that to the approved EB1b, is this a smart way, or the USCIS will question the EB1A or the re-link. Or there is some better ideas for me to go through this difficulties?
-Nothing relink unless your have the copy of the EB1B I-140 approval notice.

So,try to get the copy of the EB1B I-140 approval notice from the employer or the lawyer and then, file I-485.

If you are desperate in getting the Eb1B i-140 approval notice from your employer, you may file EB1A I-140 an dI-485 concurrently. This is nothing to do with the EB1B (not affect each other).
