90年代，有的公司用5000人民幣就買斷工齡，以後就不管了。這個《買斷工齡》如何翻譯？
-Just say "laid off" or "laid off with compansation of 5000 Chinese Yuan". “買斷工齡” does not make sense to Western country people, and this kind of things only happened in China and it is ridiculous.
