Hi,

I am EB-2 and my I-140 was just approved. My 排期is sometime in 2009. Looks like your 排期 is not current.

Did you file your 485 and AP and EAD before your 排期 is currnet? I have the same problem, my wife need to get EAD to change her job. Can I file my 485, AP and EAD applications before my PD is current.
