My hu*****and and I have 485 pending based on my EB2(PD is not current). We had interview on 11/2009, but no any furhter answer yet. My hu*****and has applied EB1 recently and got approved.

1) Which center I need contact? TSC or National benefit office or local office about relink approved EB1 to 485?
-Contact the Service Center where your pending I-485 is located by writing (enclose the I-485 receipt and the Eb1 I-140 approval notice), then follow up one or two months later by calling from time to time until USCIS relink your I-485 to the EB1 I-140. be patient when dealing with USCIS for this issue.

2) My empolyer will H1 (beyond 6 years) for me in a couple of weeks, do I need wait my H1 approved(will use PP)?
