如果三個問題中的EoS/CoS都限於通過遞交I539改變/延期身份，那為什麽有可能本I539申請還會和其他家庭成員的I129一起遞交呢(皮匠老師的舉例)？感覺如果這樣的話，這個問題應該答No，而不是YES。-If your employer files I-129 for you and your spouse want to file H4 application with your H1 together, he/she can file the I-539 with the I-129.
