幫人申請Reentry permit

USCIS 寄來receipt notice,說received date是6/8/2010，,算來快4周了，我今天上USCIS，check my case status,輸入receipt number，居然說“Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. "
receipt number我反複確認過了，沒錯的。
這怎麽可能，好歹應該是第一個Acceptance的狀態啊？

還是USCIS的這個查詢狀態的係統就這麽不靠譜？
