Response from Congressman office PD 09282005 NIW/EB2

It appears that a visa is available for them. Their biometrics, fringerprints, and name checks are here and have cleared.
One of the files is currently in transit and we are having a file audit next week. I will request the member's files. I will will give them to an Officer to process.
They should have a notice of action within 45 to 60 days

Anybody had the similar experience. I am losing my patience. Been waiting for too long. Thanks.
