From the inventory released by USCIS on EB2

China Mainland queue numbers:
500 left for 2005
7900 left for 2006
9500 - 10200 estimated for 2007
Total about 18000-19000

India
10200 - 2005
18600 - 2006
17000 - 2007

It takes about 3 years to move to Jan 2008 in China Queue at current speed.
It takes about 2.5 years to move to Jan 2008 for world wide queue.

If you are EB3, you need another 15 months.
