1）老公三月份持B2來美，我的綠卡剛批，可不可直接在美轉身份？
-He can directly file I-485 before the B2 expires.

B2的有效期九月份到期。

2）申請I-485的時侯想同時申請EAD，老公持EAD工作後，在485pending期間，能換工作嗎？
-Yes. He can do any job and cnange job any time with EAD.

或者被laid off 怎麽辦？
-Not affect anything.
3）老公什麽時候可以考本地駕照？
-Yes, but he needs to use EAD to apply for it.
