我以J1身份來美，後來換成H1B。H1B的I-94明年1月到期.
前兩天去加拿大開會，回美時本應屬於visa revalidation，但海關官員非要我填新的I-94，他們在上麵蓋了章，在上麵仍加注我的身份是H1B，到期時間仍舊是明年1月。然後收了我500多美金就讓我回來了。

現在我就有了兩張I-94，號碼不同，但到期時間相同。請問這樣會不會有問題？

我究竟該用哪張I-94？
-Your old I-94 has been overriden by the new I-94. So, your valid I-94# is the new one you got when you entered US from Canada. So, your last entry port was the Canada-US port. The CBP were supposed to take away your old I-94 when he/she issued you a new I-94.

會對以後綠卡申請有影響嗎？
-No.
