Could you be more specific on "因為母親著急回國，所以麵試官給母親護照上蓋上一年有效期的臨時綠卡"? Do you need to request the temporary green card stamp after interview? Do you need to fill out any paperwork.

How do you know "申請人必須同時和受益人一起麵試"? I did not see any place specify that requirement. For some reason, I cannot be in the interview as the sponsor.
