申請綠卡I485問題

我現在是 F1。 和老公結婚時，老公的I140通過 I485 pending.現在老公的I485快到期了。 我在填I485， 想知道是 1.A 或 2.A

1.A 是

1. Based on an immigration petition
You may apply to adjust your status if:
A. An immigrant visa number is immediately available to you based on an approved immigrant petition


2.A 是

2 Based on being the spouse or child (derivative) - at the time another adjustment applicant (principal) files to adjust status or at the time a person is at the time a person is granted permanent resident status in an immigrant category that allows derivative status for spouse and children.

A. if the spouse or child is in the united status.
