請教Pjiang and 863211老師，我的問題較為極端，但可能性仍在。
NIW priority date 7-19-2006,我是申請人，在公司用EAD工作。現在EAD will expire on 8-10-2010, EAD extension has been delayed.
1)如果在我沒有EAD的時間裏收到USCIS 485 REF，提交Job verification letter and three monthes paycheck. 即使我老板樂意提供job letter,這合法麽？我沒權利工作啊，我即沒有權利接受offer啊。
-Yes, your employer can provide the letter to verify your employment. Forget about the pending EAD application and it does not affect your employment status even if you do not work at that time (GC is for future work).

2）在沒有EAD 期間，我和公司沒有任何勞動關係，即使老板給我保留位置。我還是不合法。

2）您覺得我的理解正確麽？ 即在沒有EAD的期間裏，收到485 的提供JVL REF，我肯定死悄悄了。

3）我還有個問題，我想再申請個E-file.讓USCIS同時有我兩個案子。這會有什麽衝突麽？
-You may just wait for one week to see what is going on. Sometimes USCIS process the case slowly.
