H-1B will be expired in Aug, my lawyer are prepareing to file H-1b extension for me; but my parents are going to visit in July and Aug (they will come before I get the extension approved), will it affect their visa application becuase my H-1b will be exppired soon?
-No. Provide the copies of the old H1 approval notice and the H1 extension receipt to your parents in case the visa officer ask your status.
