現在用H1B工作，老板支持到7月中。下一個單位，因為種種原因，要到7月初才能交新的H1B申請，雖然辦加急，大概也要7月底甚至八月初才能拿到approve notice.

問題：1）H1B pending 期間留在美國等是否合法。

2）H1B pending 的時間計算到H1B 6年期限裏嗎？
-Yes, normally, but depends on when the h1 transfer is effective your new employer indicated on the I-129.
