-It is fine. At the worst, your h1 approval notice may have no I-94.

If my H1B expires, how many days I can stay in US. As you know, it will take at least 15 days even if I use premium processing.
-After your file your H1 (your H1 pending), you are lawyfully present until USCIS makes the decision on your h1 case though you are out of status after June 7.

I probably have no time to wait it that long. My case has to go through Labor of department before sending to USCIS.
