到後來我才發現有黨員這一項， 但是律師的文件上沒有注明。
-Don't worry. If USCIS find that you were the CCP member and you need to clarify it, they will send you RFE. If you receive the RFE for this issue, youjust need to respond to it by writing a letter to explain it. if you do not get RFE, just ignore this issue.
