回複：J 簽證回國完成兩年義務後申請H-1B問題

曾經是 J 簽證， 如果要回國完成兩年義務的話，將來雇主給申請 H-1B，是需要我在國內呆滿兩年才可以遞交H-1B 申請呢，還是隻要出境時呆夠兩年就好?
-You need to stay in the home country, China, for two years and then, you can enter U.S. using H1 visa. Of course, your employer can file the H1 petition before you reach two years, but you can not get the H1 visa until you reach two years in China.
