回複：綠卡廣告前，要求close這個位置嗎?

公司沒有辦理綠卡的前例，
請問，申請綠卡的廣告，是不是應該先close這個位置，然後打廣告，我再申請呢?

The PERM advertisement is not related to the position you are working even if the responsibilities are the same as your current position. your current position is temporary, but PERM position is permanent. PERM position is a new position and if it is your position changing to PERM position, your position will be automatically cancelled after this PERM position is filled (equal to that you are hired again or somebody else is hired).
