I am facing the same situation as you. I applied Dec 2002 and got interview waive Dec 2003 and I did medical and finger print Janary. After that nothing was heared from Buffalo. I sent them a fax two month ago and no reply at all. I am wondering what was wrong in my application. I applied from canada and hope share informatiom with you .
