回複：EB2 140 批準後PROMOTION 會影響CASE

EB2 走的PERM, 140批準了, 485 在等排期. 現在有PROMOTION, 老板不知道該告訴HR改個什麽樣的TITLE.
-If you accept the promotion position (different title and responsobilities), you need to file a new PERM/I-140 (do it over again),and you can use the original priroty date.

比如說PERM的時候用的是quantitative statistician, 現在做到MANAGER了, 還是要KEEP原來的TITLE, 還是別的什麽?
