(1) It is worth to find a lawyer now?
-You may need a lawyer to file a new I-140 after the current I-140 is denied. You may not need to save your current I-140 because USCIS have intended to deny it. But talk to the lawyer first. Some lawyers may be free to evaluatte your qualifications (without pay/charge) and thus, you may take this advantage.

(2) Any recommendation for good lawyer?
-I do not have a good suggestion on this issue.
