It should not have any negative impact on your pending I485.

I was in and out quite a few times when I485 was pending, no problems at all. My lawyer suggested me to take I485 receipt notice when I came back to US. I've never shown it to immigration officer as it's not requested. Your Canadian passport and H1B approval notice are good enough.
