What I'm not clear is because I travlled with expired AP, does it mean my I-485 is invoked automatically or it is still pending for the final decision based on the PD?
I checked on USCIS, my I-485 case status is still pending, but I'm not sure whether it's the latest update. (I'm dependent applicant, my hu*****and is primary applicant.)
