兩位老師，我們準備concurrent file 140, 485, 131 and 765,我記得我在閱讀皮匠老師的博客的時候，曾看到過如果沒有485 receipt，需要寫一個 letter放在131 或765 申請材料裏來代替485 receipt，現在我無論怎麽找也找不到那個信息了，能不能請皮匠老師或863211老師幫個忙，告訴我在哪個網頁上我可以找到這個letter?
