Hi, sorry to bother you. Could you please give me some advices on the problem as following? Thanks so much.

J豁免表DS-3035， 有一項是“ Is there any period of time in the US that is not covered by DS-2019 or IAP-66 form”
因為前麵在 理由陳述裏已經說明需要更多的時間完成課題， 我不知道這裏是指“現在已經超過DS2019規定的時間” 還是“將來需要更多DS2019沒cover的時間”？ 不知道該yes還是no？
