回複：要不要轉H4？

目前的情況是I485和I140一起交的：EB1A-140已經批了，
工卡和返鄉證也都批了，在等I485。可是剛剛被告知下個禮拜要走人。
老婆要轉H1B，我是不是一起轉成H4才能合法呆下去？
-Not need. You are lawfully present as long as your I-485 is pending. If you are the primary applicant for the GC, you had better find a job as long as possible in case USCIS send you RFE for your employment status.
