1.能以工作要求為原因去Local Office 申請Emergency AP 嗎？

2.估計以後每年要申請AP, 難道都需要在美國申請完再走嗎？-Correct. Also, if USCIS find that you stay/work outside U.S. so long, your I-485 will be denied even if you work for the US company. You may change your I-485 to consular processing in this case. Talk to your lawyer before you leave US because this may aslo be related to your family GC application or status.
