回複：皮匠 I-485問題， 急問 Pjiang， 863211， 及各位高人們

2007大潮時，我和我wife遞了基於我EB－3的485到TSC， 2009年7月我wife的EBIB Approval了，她的485同一天被自動link到她的140上，也Approval了，我們打電話去TSC要求relink我的485，他們也幫做了，但一直沒有消息。期間去了infopass，打了好多電話，期間也收到了request的信，前兩天收到一封信，信的內容是：

Our review indicates that this case is still pending. Your case has been placed on adjudication hold until a visa is available for our case.

看起來是沒有relink上，請問：
1 繼續打電話relink？ 怕重複上次結果枉等8個月。

2 8月分想回國，要遞AP， EAD在想還不如重遞一份基於我wife的EB1B 140 的485， 是否可行？
-Yes you have a non-immigration status or parolee status. You can file a new I-485 and then, withdraw the old I-485 (in case they mess up). The I-485 transfer/relink sometimes confuses some inexperienced IO, thus they mess up your case.


3 不知道還能不能在第一份485pending時，再遞另一份485。
