回複：父母綠卡有效問題

我母親是綠卡持有者，離美一年一個月，請問綠卡是否有效，現在申請reentry permit 還有用嗎？謝謝。
-Why did she stay so long in China? She may go to the US Consulate in Guangzhou to apply for a Returning Resident Visa (SB-1 visa) to come back if there were some kind of reasons uncontrotable to prevent her to return.
