do fingerprint again!

today ,I was informed to do fingerprint again by INS at vermont.I've did that in Dec.,2002. my application for I140/I485 is still pending. Why INS let me repeat to do that? Does it mean there are some problems on my application(NIW)? Who have similar experience? Thanks a lot for response.
