女兒11年級，485 PENDING. AP已經用過，I-94 在3月過期。明年2月之前申請FAFSA，

請問她還需要再申請AP,並出境STAMP嗎？
-Yes.

parolee, paroled at least 1 year? 但 AP, I-94 隻有一年有效期。
-She can use AP go out of US to get another Parolee I-94 just before the AP expires and that means one AP can get two parolee I-94s (nearly for two years).
