140和485同時遞的，已經拿到485的AP&EAD。 現在是H1B-NON-PROFIT,2011年10月到期，但是5月底就要走人，還沒找到下家。 想問問如果485被據，我該拿什莫維持身份?
-Find a job and keep your H1 valid. You had better change your status to H4 after your wife get her H1 if you still can not find a job.

Also, you can still legally stay in US until your current I-94 expires even if you do not find a new job and not change your status to H4 after you lose the job (but you are out of status in this case).

In addition, my wife is working with F1-OPT, she will apply for non-profit H1B later, will our denied 485 affect her status?
-No. She can apply for her h1 without any problem just before her OPT expires.
