如果485被拒，我的身份是什莫

140和485同時遞的，已經拿到485的AP&EAD。 現在是H1B-NON-PROFIT,2011年10月到期，但是5月底就要走人，還沒找到下家。 想問問如果485被據，我該拿什莫維持身份? In addition, my wife is working with F1-OPT, she will apply for non-profit H1B later, will our denied 485 affect her status?
