freshEE,謝謝答複,我知道不可以用,我相信律師說的,我的問題是

1. 如果我現在在公司內部換了一個職位,再重新辦是不是可以寫博士要求?我工作經驗算不算？
-If your employer avertises a new position for your PERM, they can set up new job requirements including requirement of PH.D. degree.

2我們在去年五月的時候進行部門重組,因為公司被買了，老板換了,工作職能也不一樣，不知道這樣是不是可以寫上博士要求
