PIJIANG老師, 移民體檢question

I am worry about to fail to pass移民體檢
My TB was positive and 甲乙肝化驗Positive.

But I have never been examined have thes type infection diseases.
I am worry about if I can pass the 移民體檢 . Does this affact my移民?
