04年8月來美，h4,勞工08年12月遞交了niw140,09年6月批準。申請h1,h4延期至2012年6月。

如果我現在申請h1b,是否有h4+h1=6年的限製？
-No. H1 has 6 years and H4 has another 6 year limit. Total H1 + H4 can be 12 years, not affect each other.
如果那樣，是不是會悲劇？
