請問諸位大俠一個傻傻的問題，可以用EB-3 EAD換工作讓新雇主再申請一個EB-2 or EB-1 嗎？還是必須保持H1B身份才能開始一個新的移民申請（second PERM, I-140, I-485）？
-You need to have a non-immigration or parolee status to file another I-485 (or relink I-485). So you had better keep your H1 status, if possible. If you can not keep your H1, you can use AP to enter US to get the parolee status to be qualified for another I-485 filing and this is not a problem. You can file PERM and I-140 any time no matther what your status is (e.g. H1, parolee, or AOS).
