file I-130，G325時遇到的問題,請教各位大俠

1.I-130: Line 13 - my hu*****and obtained his certificate of citizenship through parents spsonsorship. Where can I find certificate number? (red one?) when is the date of issurance (the one at the bottom or in the middle)? what about place of issurance? I can't find this information on the certificate.

2.G-325: I don't remember all the exact addresses I used for the past five years as I moved quite often when I was in school. Does this matter? Do I have to include them all on the form? I still remember some street names but some apartment numbers really forgotten....
