Based on your situation, your I-94 will expire in Aug. 2010, you need to go out of U.S. to get the H1 visa to come back to work for the h1 Cap-limit h1 sponsor. Also. because the 2010 h1 quote has been used up, you can not work for the h1 Cap-limit h1 sponsor immediately after you file teh H1 transfer. You have to begain to work at Oct. 1.
