回複：肯請急問eligible non-citizen status

孩子申請大學( 我們是485 pending, AP 09年 AP回國)，今天學校要證明我們是否是eligible non-citizen, 那位朋友可否指教一下？
-If you used AP to enter U.S., your status will be Parolee for one year. If your status is parolee, you are considered to have eligible No-Citizen status. so, your kid just need to show the I-94 (got it when entering U.S. using AP) to the school and thus, he/she can apply for the federal or state financial aid.
