正準備寄出I-485/AP/EAD,但是對於I-485關於affidavit 如何填寫不得而知，請教大家幫助。我付上了employment letter,因為我不是結婚K簽證入境的，需要填affidavit嗎？？
-Yes, if your GC application is based on family based (marriage) category. just ask your wife to file I-864 and you can use your entire family income (including your personal income) for the I-864 support. But you can also choose to provide the Form I-864 and the income support evidence during your interview for the GC later, not file this form with your I-485 filing. It is up to you.
