可是我隻是申請剩下的七個月,因為我第一個OPT在我transfer out F1時就自動終止了.難道申請七個月也不可以嗎？
-No. Once you got the OPT approval, the OPT run out even if you did not use it or just used it for some time. Just think this way: OPT actually is an EAD card and whether you use it or not, it will expires one year later (or two years for some EAD).
